The Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company lost our friend, Frank Raflo in 2009,  but his legendary writings on LVFC and it's history will remain posted here with his permission. Frank Raflo, was a writer, politician, historian, publisher, business owner, father, husband, and most of all, a friend to many, many people.

He will be missed!
